If you purchased the Starter Kit, you will automatically gain access to a Make My Shave account. You'll receive a second email inviting you to log in and manage your subscription. (if you haven't receive it, check your sneaky spam mail as it can sometimes hide in there.)

From here, you can view your orders, change delivery dates, pause or cancel your subscription.

If you want to change the delivery frequency of your monthly orders, simply contact us and we will create a personalised delivery frequency for you!

There are no restrictions around changing dates, we’re here to make your life smoother.

If you want to log into your account via our website, you must set up a password. Simply follow the easy steps below:

2. Add your details and click 'Create Account'

3. Please note that you must enter the same email address that you used at checkout

If you opted for the effortless convenience of our subscription service, your Refills will automatically be delivered to your door as per your shave plan - every 1, 2 or 3 months. 🙌

Three days before your Refills are shipped, you will receive an email notification. (please note: that the email will say Starter Kit, however, you will automatically receive a Refill Kit.)

Getting started with your Make My Shave Razor is simple.

Clip your new razor head into the handle, then activate the moisture cushion by rinsing the head under water.

To ensure your blades and lubrication cushion last as long as possible, always keep your razor dry when not in use and avoid leaving it face down.

Storing your razor on the holder, can help extend the life of your blades.

To make sure your blades don't end up in landfill, we provide a recycling option for your used razor heads.

Here's how it works:
1. Purchase our pre-paid pink mailer.
2. Fill the mailer with your used razor heads including plastic caps. (Your mailer can hold up to 24 Make My Shave razor heads).
3. Pop it in the nearest post-post.

What happens next?
Once they're returned to us, they're put in our Zero Waste Box™ then shipped to TerraCycle® Australia. Everything collected through the Zero Waste Box™ system is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.

Reforestation lies at the heart of Make My Shave. That’s why 5% of profits from every subscription go directly to our partner, the House of 10,000 Petals Regeneration Trust.

This collaboration supports regenerative projects in Corndale, a subtropical region in Northern NSW. But we don’t stop at donations—the Make My Shave team gets hands-on, joining tree planting days and putting shovels into the ground to plant the seedlings YOU help fund.
