How to recycle your used razor heads:

1. Purchase our pre-paid pink mailer.

2. Fill the mailer with your used razor heads including plastic caps. (Your mailer can hold up to 24 Make My Shave razor heads).

3. Pop it in the nearest post-post.

*Please note that because the Pink Mailer is compostable, we recommend purchasing it once you're ready to send back the blades for recycling.

What happens next?
Once used blades are returned to us, they're put in our Zero Waste Box™ and then shipped to TerraCycle® Australia.
Everything collected through the Zero Waste Box™ system is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.

3. Razor head recycling.

1. Do I need to pay extra for postage?
No, by purchasing the pink mailer all postage and recycling costs are covered.

2. Can I send back other products for recycling?
No, our recycling system is only set up for Make My Shave razor heads.

3. How many blades can I return?
The pink mailer can hold up to 24 Make My Shave razor heads. With or without caps (but preferably with so we can recycle these too).

4. When should I purchase the mailer?
As our Heropack compostable mailers are made from renewable ingredients, they have a shelf life of approximately 3-6 months when kept in cool and dry conditions, out of direct sunlight. Therefore, we only recommend purchasing the mailer once you're ready to return your blades for recycling.
