Job Title:
Part-time Fulfilment Specialist / Picking & Packing

About The Role: 
We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfilment Specialist to join our dream team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing orders with care, ensuring everything gets shipped out on time to our amazing customers. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills you need to excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack customer orders with care and precision (your attention to detail matters)
• Process orders using Shopify
• Arrange drop-offs at the Post Office (you’ll need a car)
• Keep our inventory on point: stock takes, organising supplies, and reordering as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised fulfilment space

 

About You:
If you're a reliable, positive, and proactive individual with an eye for detail and a love for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit. Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Miami, Queensland, this role is ideal for someone studying or looking for flexible, part-time work.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role is preferred, but not essential
• Proficiency with computers and experience with Google Suite/GDrive/Shopify is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry boxes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong English-speaking and writing skills

Hours:

• Flexible Hours: 8–10 hours per week (We’ll work with you to create a schedule that suits us both, within the operating hours of 8 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri.)
• Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour
• Location: Miami, Queensland

Essentials:

• As this is a part-time contractor role, an ABN (Australian Business Number) is required. 
• A valid driver’s licence and car
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Must be fluent in English
• Great time management and organisational skills
