Pick & Packer — Casual Monday Morning Role

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pick & Packer to join our team at Make My Shave in Miami, Queensland.

This is a fixed, ongoing role for one 3-hour shift per week — Mondays, 9:00am–12:00pm. 

In this hands-on role, you’ll carefully pick and pack customer orders, ensuring every delivery reaches our customers accurately, beautifully presented, and on time.

This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent, light weekly shift — perfect for a parent returning to work, someone with another part-time role, or anyone wanting steady supplementary income.

This is a self-starter role for someone who likes to work independently and with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and with care
• Process orders using Shopify (training provided)
• Maintain organised stock levels and replenish fulfilment supplies
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock takes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and operational fulfilment space
• Take full ownership of the Monday morning fulfilment process from start to finish
• In a nutshell: You’ll be the heart of our fulfilment operations, making sure every order reaches our customers perfectly (and beautifully) packed and on time.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any experience in a detail-oriented role is valued
• Shopify experience preferred (but not essential)
• Comfortable using computers and Google Drive/Spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently — a confident self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership without supervision
• Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes

Hours and Remuneration

• Hours: 3 hours per week
• Fixed shift: Monday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Ongoing: weekly commitment
• Location: Miami, Queensland
• Pay Range: $33.00 per hour + Superannuation 
• Role: Casual
