Shipping policy
Shipping - Australian-Based Customers
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast fulfilment centre.
For standard orders, we offer two delivery options: Standard/Priority (4–8 business days) or Express (2–5 business days).
Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders over $75.
Please note: we are unable to ship to Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect addresses.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Australia, and can be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Due to current fuel supply disruptions across Australia, some deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience while carriers work to minimise any impact.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Make My Shave is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@makemyshave.com.au. We will do our best to update your details if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or amend the delivery address.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is not returned to us, Make My Shave is unable to replace or reship the order free of charge. If the order is successfully returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all repostage and repackaging costs before the order can be reshipped.
Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery attempt is made and your parcel is held at a post office or collection point, it is your responsibility to collect it within the timeframe advised by the carrier.
If your parcel is returned to us as a result of non-collection, the customer will be responsible for all repostage and repackaging costs before the order can be reshipped. Orders returned due to non-collection are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping - Subscription for Razor Head Refill Kits
For subscription customers with free shipping, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Refill Kits are shipped via Australia Post letter service. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional postal delays outside of our control (including peak periods, weather events, or postal service disruptions) may result in slightly extended delivery times.
If your order has not arrived after 18 business days from dispatch, please contact us and we’ll happily investigate and assist.
To keep our subscription service affordable and minimise environmental impact, tracking is not included.
If you would like to purchase Refills with Tracking or Express Shipping, simply order them direct from our store here.

How Subscription Shipping Works
When you purchase your Make My Shave Starter Kit, your Refill Kit will be automatically shipped on the same calendar date based on the delivery frequency you selected (every 1, 2, or 3 months).
For example:
If you placed your order on 4 December and selected a 2-month subscription, your next Refill Kit will be shipped on 4 February.
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
You can update, pause, or change your delivery schedule at any time before your next billing date via your account portal.
Once billing has been processed for your upcoming Refill Kit, changes or cancellations for that shipment are no longer possible.

Shipping - International Customers
