MAKE MY SHAVE RETURNS POLICY
Australian Customers:
We want you to love your Make My Shave routine. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — simply and fairly.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following products:
- Starter Kit (Women’s Razor) — 1 handle + 2 blades
- Metal Dermaplaner Kit — 1 handle + 3 blades
If it’s your first time trying these products and they’re not the right fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
How to Initiate a Return:
If you decide the product isn’t right for you, please email hello@makemyshave.com.au within 30 days. To process your refund, we ask that you return all applicable items in your Starter Kit or Dermaplaner Kit.
Please return items using tracked postage and share the tracking number with us.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Processing Your Refund:
Once your return is received and confirmed, we will process your refund within 90 days to your original payment method.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the full order, our standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. This simply covers the postage originally paid on your behalf and allows us to keep offering free-shipping thresholds for all customers.
Please note it may take your bank additional time to finalise the refund.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for your first purchase of Women’s Razor (Starter Kit: 1 handle + 2 blades) and Metal Dermaplaner Kit (1 handle + 3 blades)
One refund per product type is offered per customer.
Non-returnable items:
We do not provide refunds for Refill Kits, Razor Holder, Extra Blades, Travel Bag, Soaps, Bundles, Skincare products (Facial Oil, HA Serum, etc.), Gift cards, Sale items / promotional items, International orders or any other Products unless we are required to do so under Australian Consumer Law.
Free Gifts:
In the event of a return, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.
Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchanges.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email us immediately at hello@makemyshave.com.au and include 2–3 clear photos of the issue and your order number.
